Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Welcome to Seawish. By using the app you agree to these terms. Seawish is a place to send anonymous notes to strangers and find theirs — please keep it kind.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Seawish. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.

Community rules

Seawish is shared by strangers who can’t reply or identify one another. The following content is not allowed and may be removed, and your access restricted:

• Harassment, threats or hate toward any person or group.
• Personal information — yours or anyone else’s (phone, email, address, handles, full names).
• Spam, advertising or links.
• Sexual or explicit content.
• Content that encourages self-harm.

See the Community Guidelines for the short version.

Moderation and enforcement

Every note is automatically screened before it can be delivered. You can report a note or block a sender in one tap; reported notes disappear from your shore immediately and are reviewed. Accounts that repeatedly break the rules may be restricted or blocked from sending.

Subscriptions

Seawish Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your store account and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your store settings. Apple subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA; Google Play subscriptions are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

Seawish is provided “as is”, without warranties. Notes are written by strangers and do not represent us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content sent or received through the app.
