How do I send a note?

Open the app, write up to 500 characters, and tap send. The wind chooses whether it travels by sea (a bottle) or by sky (a lantern), then it drifts to random strangers.

Why only 3 notes a day?

A gentle daily limit keeps Seawish calm and meaningful rather than noisy. Seawish Plus removes the limit if you’d like to send more.

How do notifications work?

If you allow them, we notify you when a note reaches your shore. You can set quiet hours and choose how often you’re notified (once a day, up to three, or every note) in Settings → Notifications. Even on “every note” there’s a minimum gap and a daily cap.

What is Seawish Plus and how do I restore it?

Plus adds unlimited notes, the note journey map, translation, keeping and scheduling. It’s an auto-renewing subscription managed by your app store. If you reinstall or switch devices, open the paywall or Settings and tap “Restore purchases” — Seawish also restores it automatically in the background.

How do I move to a new phone?

On your old phone: Settings → Privacy → “Move your shore to another device” → generate a code. On your new phone, enter that code within 10 minutes. Everything — notes, kept notes, journeys and Plus — moves with you, still anonymous.

How do I report or block?

Open any note, tap the “…” menu, then report it or block the sender. Reported notes leave your shore immediately and are reviewed. Blocking hides that sender from you going forward.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete all my data removes every note you sent and found. See the data deletion page for details.
